Jane Pettingell, CEO

Jane Pettingell

Jane joined Generate in 2007 bringing with her 16 years of experience in learning disability services.

She believes we should focus on supporting ordinary lives and keeping people with a learning disability connected to a social network and their local community.

James Davies, Operations Director

James Davies

James has worked in the learning disabilities field for over a decade. He holds a MSc in Applied Psychology of Learning Disabilities and delivers specialist training on the History of Learning Disabilities.

James is passionate about promoting the independence of people with learning disability.

Nick Frommings, Finance Manager

Nick Frommings

Nick Fromings is a Chartered Certified Accountant who provides accounting and financial management services to Generate and a number of other charities and small businesses.

 

 

Louise Rowe, Community Support Manager

Louise RoweLouise has a BA in Business Administration and  has worked at Generate for 6 years in a variety of roles. Louise manages the community support Project and the Connexions Buddy Scheme and has been in the role for over 2 years.

Before working at Generate Louise worked in bar management and job carved roles for people with learning disabilities.

Barbara Moore, Access to Work Manager

Barbara Moore

Barbara Moore has worked at Generate for 7 years, starting as the Office Manager.

In 2007 Barbara became co-ordinator of the Access to Work project and progressed to Manager in 2008.

Barbara is an Associate member of the CIPD.

Jo Giles, Easyhealth Project Manager

Jo Giles

Jo has worked for Generate for fourteen years and has worked in different roles such as an action research work with parents and their sons and daughters, one-to-one work in people’s homes, life skills courses, employment work and training for GPs on supporting patients who have learning disabilities. Jo is passionate about people reaching the potential they want to as human beings.

Mike Dignam, Senior Support Worker and Easyhealth Administrator

Mike Dignam

Mike has worked for Generate since 2004; firstly on the Access to Work project supporting people with disabilities to work without disadvantage, before moving onto the Community Supporting team, facilitating people to lead more fulfilling and independent lives. Mike also administrates the Easyhealth web site which provides a central source of accessible health information for people with learning disabilities.

Amanda Ross, Social Opportunities Coordinator

Amanda Ross

Amanda Ross is currently studying an MSc in Occupational Therapy and has a role of developing and co-ordinating social opportunities within the community, for adult members of Generate.
